Well, not really! Blessed2Quilt is where I used to blog, but found myself straining for the time I needed to commit to a blog, work, podcast, housework, family including to include a sick child, medical issues of my own, quilting and a dog.
My life has permanently changed, and not all for the bad! 😉 I am no longer working, so I can spend more time doing the things I love to do.
My goal is to create a short and to the point post weekly. I will continue to post on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. I will start blogging here and hope to return back to podcasting as soon as I find myself able to do so.
I am currently working on my long arm quilting studio. Originally, it was the carport to our home. I finally get to unpack some boxes and bags. I hate moving, prayerfully this is the last time! Here is a pic of what my studio looked like on yesterday before we started working:
Literally, a HOT MESS! The portable AC/heater doesn't arrive until Tuesday. This NC August heat is NO JOKE! My hubby has sprayed for insects, as you can see on the floor, it's working! We hung a couple of quilts and two pegboards. Today or tomorrow, I will finish organizing the drawer bins that will fit up under my long arm. I have two more pieces of furniture to purchase and then that will be it for awhile. Once I'm done, I will post either a short video or pics.
Well, let me get up and get this day started.
